Niall’s sister lives in Virgina Beach (USA) and, due to a particularly high level of awesomeness, she always sends Niall THE BEST presents.
The most recent one was this AMAZING set of Star Wars Pancake Molds.
Sadly, they only deliver within the USA but if you’re reading this stateside you’re in luck – here’s looking at you Sarah Jay Bee!
Here’s a very reliable recipe for pancakes. Lovely and light they were too, even without the blueberries!
The Force was strong with this one.

Are you saying you would like Star Wars Pancakes for lunch on Friday? Done! Maybe I’ll make savoury pancakes and we can have some salmon with them. YUM!

If I add chives to the pancake mix, it’d be brilliant with salmon. I think so anyway. We’ll see on Friday!

No ways! That’s awesome. Enjoy! They’re a bit kerfuffly when you’re making the pancakes but The Force will be with you etc etc. Loads of fun!

I hope they will be available in London soon. Our pancake molds are in basic shapes like stars and diamonds. My son would really appreciate them even if didn’t grew up in the Star Wars age.

I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but that half-Yoda head reminds me of unmentionables. So I won’t mention it. I did, however, forward this along to my neighbor who loves All Things Star Wars!
If you ever come to visit Awesome SIL in Va Beach, we aren’t that far from there. Just so you know…

Hee hee! That’s so cool that you’re close to Virgina. You never know, I might land on your doorstep one day looking for a pastry masterclass

And HAH you’re right! Half- eaten Yoda does look a bit like a willy in that pic! Rudey dudey!

Thanks for visiting the blog Nessa – I don’t know how I’d missed seeing yours before now, it’s lovely! I hope you can find a way to get the Star Wars molds over here – maybe send them to a friend in the US to post over to you? Could make it in time for Christmas!
